About S.S. Liquied

Manufactured by SS Chemical Industries, we have spent the last 21 years dedicated to making your journeys safer, smoother, and completely puncture-free.

21 Years of Manufacturing Excellence

Welcome to SS Chemical Industries. Our story began over two decades ago in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, with a simple yet powerful vision: to completely eliminate the danger and frustration of sudden tyre punctures.

Over the past 21 years, we have grown from a passionate local manufacturer into a trusted Pan-India brand. Today, our flagship product, S.S. Liquied, protects millions of vehicles across the country—from personal two-wheelers and cars to heavy-duty commercial logistics fleets. We take immense pride in our fully automated manufacturing facilities and strict laboratory quality checks that ensure every drop of our synthetic and organic chemical blends meets global standards.

Why Use S.S. Liquied Tyre Sealant?

Injecting our advanced sealant is the smartest investment you can make for your vehicle. Here are the core benefits of our technology:

Saves Your Time

No more waiting for mechanics or struggling with jacks on the side of the road. S.S. Liquied seals punctures instantly while you drive, allowing you to reach your destination without interruption.

Prevents Wear & Tear

By continuously balancing the tyre from the inside out, our chemical formula ensures that your tyre tread wears evenly, protecting the rubber from uneven, premature damage.

Lowers Tyre Temperature

Friction causes heat, which destroys rubber. Our liquid formula acts as an internal coolant, absorbing heat and significantly lowering the running temperature of your tyres on long drives.

Increases Overall Tyre Life

By maintaining optimal air pressure, preventing overheating, and stopping sudden flat-tyre damage, S.S. Liquied can increase the functional lifespan of your tyres by up to 20%, saving you thousands of rupees.

Comprehensive Guide: How to Apply S.S. Liquied

Applying tyre sealant is a fast, Do-It-Yourself (DIY) process. Follow this detailed guide to puncture-proof your vehicle in under 15 minutes.

Installing S.S. Liquied Tyre Sealant doesn't require a professional mechanic. Whether you are using our 500ml bottle for a two-wheeler or our larger commercial buckets equipped with a heavy-duty pump for trucks, the science remains the same. The sealant must be injected directly through the tyre's valve stem so that it coats the inner tread area. When a puncture occurs, the escaping air pressure forces our synthetic fibers and cooling liquid into the hole, instantly curing to form a permanent, flexible plug.

Step 1: Preparation and Deflation

Begin by parking your vehicle on a flat, safe surface. For optimal sealant flow, rotate your tyre so that the valve stem is positioned at the lower half of the wheel (preferably around the 4 o'clock or 8 o'clock position). Remove the black plastic dust cap from your tyre valve. Before proceeding to the next step, ensure you have your S.S. Liquied bottle, the provided injection tube, and a valve core removal tool ready.

Step 2: Removing the Valve Core

Using the valve core removal tool (often included in the cap of our premium bottles), carefully insert the tool into the valve stem. Twist it counter-clockwise to unscrew the metal valve core. Be cautious as the core becomes loose—the pressurized air inside the tyre will forcefully escape. Keep a firm grip on the core so it doesn't fly away, and set it aside in a clean, safe place. Allow the tyre to deflate completely.

Step 3: Injecting the Sealant

Shake the S.S. Liquied bottle vigorously for a few seconds to ensure the synthetic fibers and active cooling agents are thoroughly mixed. Attach one end of the transparent injection hose to the bottle nozzle, and push the other end firmly over the threaded valve stem of the tyre. Gently squeeze the bottle to inject the recommended dosage of sealant into the tyre. (Refer to the label instructions for exact measurements based on your tyre size—e.g., typically 250ml to 500ml for a standard bike, and more for cars or commercial vehicles).

Step 4: Re-Inflation and Driving

Once the correct amount of sealant is injected, remove the hose. Take the metal valve core you previously removed, insert it back into the valve stem, and use your tool to tighten it securely by twisting clockwise. Next, use an air compressor or foot pump to re-inflate your tyre to the manufacturer's recommended PSI. Finally, drive your vehicle for 3 to 5 kilometers at a moderate speed. This crucial step uses centrifugal force to spread S.S. Liquied evenly across the entire inner tread area, forming a protective barrier ready to instantly cure any future punctures!

Automated Precision & Strict Quality Control

Quality is not an accident; it is the result of intelligent engineering. At SS Chemical Industries, every bottle of S.S. Liquied is produced using state-of-the-art, fully automated manufacturing processes.

This automation eliminates human error, ensuring that the exact chemical ratio of synthetic and organic polymers is maintained in every batch. Before reaching your tyres, our products undergo rigorous, multi-stage quality checks in our testing facilities to measure viscosity, thermal stability, and instant-sealing capabilities under extreme pressures.
